blogpost #6

this project was a little challenging it caused me to really truly think.susan griffin is a great writer and the way she writes is kinda hard to read at times.  i kinda got a little frustrated because it made my head hurt too try to always read between the lines. i think overall this made me slightly a better writer because now since i have read her material i am now able to differentiate between material. i love how she compared herself to himmlers' family,  well compared her family to his because it allowed her writing to be more in depth which is always good. the project also was good because my writing process made it easier as well, the project was difficult therefore i went ahead and brainstormed to get my ideas into motion.i wrote out all my ideas so i  can write out my paragraphs easier. i also used my peer feedback as well. i not only used it because my grade,i used it because it had good details on what i needed to improve on. this in turn helped me to turn my paper a great piece of writing. I also like how Susan Griffin talked not only about WWII but himmler.  my paper was about how children are Affected by their parents actions. these actions and the way parents raise their children can make Thier children make certain decisions. in himmler case, his whole mission was to always show how tough he was no matter if it meant killing Somebody. i enjoyed reading about him. i really want to read more about him in the future. the project also challenged me to organize my paragraphs better too because susan Griffins writing was so complex i didn't want my ideas to be scattered everywhere throughout my paragraphs because scatterd paragraphs confuse the reader and i didn't want that. next time i think i can work on delivering a better introduction and a better conclusion because introductions are very important to a paper as well as conclusions because it gains the readers attention. conclusions are what u need to work on the most because conclusions sum the whole paper up and i need help doing that because i dont  want to seem to repetitive. i know this would make my paper seem boring and then my grade would in return decrease. i plan on going to the writing center for help on this because i need to get better at this especially if i want to major in journalism, which requires a lot of continuous writing. overall i liked my work even though there is still room for improvement, i feel like there is always room for improvement just like everything in life.
